I say no, but here's Ron Paul's advice:
"Although the present bailout package is almost certainly not the end of the political atrocities we'll witness in connection with the crisis, time is short. Congress may vote as soon as tomorrow. With a Rasmussen poll finding support for the bailout at an anemic seven percent, some members of Congress are afraid to vote for it. Call them! Let them hear from you! Tell them you will never vote for anyone who supports this atrocity."
Find your senators and representative here. It can't hurt to call.

I'm certainly not siding with the bailout, but I love sighting Ron Paul as some sort of significant source. "Hey, listen to this guy -- he ran a grass roots campaign and got 12 votes in the primary election."
That'd be like quoting Kevin Cash on a Major League Baseball issue.
Well, since he's the only guy talking any sense about the consequences of this kind of thing, not to mention where the cash is coming from (a printing press), I guess he'll have to do, 12 votes or not.
ahh, maybe only 12 votes but how much money did he raise in 24 hours on the internet? I think his head is on straight! and there are a lot more people who liked him than it appeared in the primaries.
